To get rid of a hunger headache, simply eat!
65When I say you need to eat to get rid of diet headace, I mean eat more often then less a day. While on my voyage of weight loss I was in a job that I sat all day long driving. I wanted to loose weight so bad, since I had hit my highest weight ever. While driving, it was so tempting to go through a drive thru and grab a quick bite to eat. So I started taking fruits and vegetables, as well as grilled chicken and a side salad. I ate around 6 times a day. I was never hungry, nor did I ever suffer from a headache. If you space out your meals and snacks, then your body is going to be constantly processing the food you eat. Your body won't be hungry. Now I am not saying, eat two or three sandwiches or a couple slices of pizza 6 times a day. Obviously, that would be far against what you are trying to accomplish, just eat smart. Also, only eat until you are not hungry, not until you are full. If you eat too much, then when you eat smaller portions, your body will react. If you eat till you are stuffed, then your stomach will expect to eat that much everytime. This is when you start to get your diet headaches. DON'T STARVE yourself. I ended up loosing 55 lbs and went from a size 14 to a size 4 in a year. I did not just eat like this, I also exercised 5 days a week. So, just becareful and good luck on your diet.
